The Big Challenge

Our world is facing a huge challenge and we need leaders. Civilization is developing faster changes every day. Big technological improvements or social movements usually took hundreds of years to be spread around the world, nowadays this is made in a person life time.

The ecological footprint, hiper-controlled society, winner takes all system, financial capitalism, populism, global warming, lonely society, the perfect storm of the employment, teen society… we are living in extremely liquid times and we need people committed to save the day.

Target Group

People interested in improving Europe, that means: our countries, communities, families and themselves.

This is not an advertisement, this is for real.

Training Project

The training project Skin in the Game aims to gather youth workers in order to work on their leadership skills, get more knowledge about the area of youth work and gain more motivation to work with young people. The target group of the project are young leaders who are starting to be active in youth work and need to gain more experience in order to turn into independent “leaders” that are able to organize activities on their own.

After the project, the participants will feel more confident about their leadership skills and they will work with young people on a more professional level.

Our Community

If you are a "snow flake" this is not going to be your place. We are not easy going people. You have to put a lot of effort in this so we can learn together. We need your best to help the group, it's the only way to go in a week from nothing to get a team.

Our System

The Skin in the Game methodology is quite simple: Work hard, be on time, live out of your comfort zone, think critically, share your experience, be nice to the others, be always assertive and a little agressive... Put everything you have in everything.
